We are growing and are looking for a Website Developer to join our agile agency marketing team full time.

This position is ideal for someone who understands that a website is more than just a digital ---------- our agency, companies hire us to make websites perform like salespeople. We’re tasked with continuous growth and optimization that will help our clients get found, generate high-quality visitors, convert those visitors into leads, and close sales.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and problem solver who understands the online marketing landscape as it relates to ongoing website optimization and performance. A solution-oriented, self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork environment will be a great fit here.

We’ve adopted the Scrum Methodology as our operational model to drive client’s results. This development role will be a part of our “sprint team.” With the website being the center of what we do, our web developer’s skills will assist us in improving our speed of execution working on WordPress (65%), Hubspot (25%), and Shopify (10%) websites.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain websites and/or pages for conversion
Working with clients to develop the overall look and design of a website
Writing website code with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Producing, maintaining, and modifying websites and user interfaces
Incorporating applications, graphics, audio and video clips into client websites
Creating and/or incorporating tools that enhance the user's website experience
Ensuring websites are accessible across many platforms, including laptops and smartphones
Routinely testing websites for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors
Fixing any website issues or bugs that arise
Routinely updating themes and plugins
Maintaining site security
Server-side maintenance and backups
Ongoing website site changes/updates per marketing strategy




Minimum Requirements:

3 years full-time experience HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
Deep knowledge of Wordpress
Deep knowledge of Responsive Web Design
Experiences in implementing key aspects of UX/UI
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and highly organized team player
Should have experience in different theme editors ie. Elementor, Astra & DIVI
Ability to optimize and implement website pagespeed and AMP
Ability to work quickly in a highly agile marketing agency environment
Ability to deliver high-quality output as a standard
Web design experience is a plus
Must be able to work in our time zone US PST
Must be able to attend 2 team meetings every day via zoom
Have a strong command of the English language


Preferred, but not required:

Experienced in highly-engine marketing agency environment
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign
Experience with other popular website platforms Hubspot CMS (HUBL), Shopify and WooCommerce
