JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
The person sought by DyCom is an IT professional who is both driven by and passionate about the IT industry. Ideally this person should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar IT service role.
Salary is negotiable and based on qualifications and experience.

Duties include:
> Experience Support/ Help Desk Engineer in an operation role providing excellent customer service.
> Remote trouble shooting of various faults and alerts.
> Remote network maintenance of client networks
> Assist with (remote) installations and documentations.
> Configuration of servers, and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers.
> Work with vendors to resolve technical problems with equipment and software.
> Ensure desktops interconnect seamlessly with systems including file servers, email servers, application servers and administrative systems.
> Providing reports for clients and management as required.
> Completing Time Sheets

Skills:
> Strong experience of Windows 2003/2008 server issues and problem solving
> Experience supporting and implementing Active Directory
> Experience with MS Exchange 2003 and 2010
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable leadership abilities
> Experience in implementing and managing network security and policy
> Experience working with multiple clients
> Strong networking skills including: LAN?WAN experience and TCP/IP networking skills
