Condense 40 pages of text (an information dump which will be provided) into a 2000 word "key fact sheet"

Fact sheet title:
Plastics, and Their Impact on Human Health, PLUS Safer Alternatives

The task (in a nutshell):

1. Categorise: label every yellow and blue paragraph with a "category" (e.g. intro, the problem, plastic types and the consequences on human health of each plastic type, the solutions/alternative products/alternative habits required to avoid the negative health consequences, etc., etc.)

2. Sort: then sort all the yellow and blue paragraphs under each category label

3. Remove duplication: delete duplication within the yellow and blue paragraphs in each category (i.e. the same thing said more than once - but be careful to check each duplication for fragments of fresh information, not in other duplicates)

4. Extract facts/key points: extract the facts/key points, by category, from the remaining text

5. Re-write: re-write the facts/key points, in your own words

6. Organise: make sure the categories, and all facts/key points, are reorganised into a logical order (beginning, middle, end - and not jumbled up ramshackle like some previous writers I've used)

7. Issue: send me the result (making sure it's in a simple bulleted format to example I provided previously)
