SEO, Digital Marketing and Wordpress Divi Site Maintenance

I am in need of someone who can help me with by kitchen cabinet small business website mainly with SEO and digital marketing, but can also keep my Wordpress Divi site running smoothly and continue to gradually update it. My site is live and over 80% complete. Once in a while it will need fixing broken links, malware removal, page updates, ---------- ems that I know are fairly quick and simple to fix, but would take me much longer to fix compared to someone else, like you, with more experience.

First few steps would include:
- checking all the links to see which one are broken and to fix them;
- ensure all of the plugins are updated and working properly;
- Assess my site to determine to keywords that I should be ranking for;
- Enter meta titles and meta descriptions;
- Re-name all images to contain keywords in the filenames;
- Optimize my site for fastest loading

After that, I would like for you to:
- post regularly to Facebook and Instagram, possibly Twitter and ---------- ;
- create keyword-rich blog posts with good English grammar, approximately 500 words each.
- track traffic improvements using Google Analytics;
- rank within the top 3 results on the first page of Google for our keywords within 3 months;

I am open to other things you might suggest.

For site maintenance, ideally, I would like to have someone I can call upon to fix things or update things on my website on an as-needed basis within 24 hours of when an issue comes up. I estimate that this could require 1 to 2 hours, once or twice per ---------- pensation is 10,000 PHP per month, based on 20 hours per week at 125 PHP per hour. Hours will be tracked using Monitask.
