Virtual Assistant ASAP

We are seeking an exceptional virtual assistant to work for Natural Beauty Clinique, Anti-Aging and Beauty Clinic in Coppell, Texas. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic industry. Natural Beauty Clinique is an upscale Anti-Aging Clinic providing many different non-invasive treatments options at an affordable price.

We are looking for a virtual assistant that are self-starters and quick learners. Able to build and maintain solid business relationships with people on all levels.

Responsibilities:

Answer main business phone line Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM / Saturdays 9:00AM and 2:00PM (Texas time zone)

Daily social media activity (including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc)

Complete and follow up on Projects

Requirements:
Ability to articulate in written and verbal English

Ability to follow instructions and work independently with effective time management skills

Access to Laptop and high speed internet

Available for a Skype chat 1 to 2 hours per week in our time zone
