Shopify CSV Order MASS Fulfillment VA

RESPONSIBILITY/REQUIREMENTS

A. CSV ORDERING & ALI ORDERING
1 Can work in the morning PH time (9AM PH Time) to send CSV orders to the supplier
2 Can create a 500+ order CSV in 1 hour or less (with complete details checked / edited such as zip code, phone
number, province, etc)
3 Knowledgeable in all areas of Shopify and Oberlo such as exporting, filtering, fulfillment, Timeline, etc.
4 Knowledgeable in Google Sheet formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, CONCATENATE, etc.
5 Has experience in CSV fulfillment of a product with variations (different variants / color per product)
6 Has experience in creating CSV for bulk orders 300+ per product per day (we have more than 3 products)
7 Has experience fulfilling orders worldwide over 30+ countries (not just in BIG 5 COUNTRIES)
8 Can keep up with the tedious task of checking / editing all order details to ensure it will be delivered succesfully
9 Has profound knowledge on all the zip code formats and phone number formats in all countries
10 Knowledgeable in ordering in Aliexpress via Webmoney

B. ORDER FULFILLMENT
1 Knowledgeable on using bulk fulfillment apps (Massfulfill)
2 Knows the basic solutions to all displayed errors in Bulk Fulfillment app
3 Has proper time management (app has a limited time to fulfill)
4 Knowledgeable in manual Oberlo fulfillment for Aliexpress orders
5 Has experience in using and organizing G Suite (Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc)

C. CUSTOMER SERVICE (FOR REISSUES / RTS , etc)
1 Knowledgeable in using Freshdesk (All groups, categories, tags, status, notes, etc.)
2 Has at least 2 years experience doing non-voice customer service
3 Has initiative and can decide on its own, does not refer to templates alone
4 Has experience solving the 10 basic FAQs by customers

D. SUPPLIER CONTACT PERSON
1 Has WeChat app installed
2 Has experience working with a Chinese supplier & maintains a good relationship with them
3 Knows written or spoken Chinese Mandarin is a PLUS not a need
4 A problem solver, does not need to email the customer when the supplier asks for the correct shipping details
5 Has profound knowledge on all the zip code formats and phone number formats in all countries
