DotZero is looking for Learning and Organizational Lead/Manager to join our amazing team! Are you interested in creating engaging and innovative learning experiences for continuous learnings? Are you interested in being part of a collaborative and experienced team?
· This role reports to the Head of People and Culture
· It will be an individual contributor role until such time that we scale and grow
· Assess curriculum needs and determine instructional goals
· Implement best learning design techniques and learning principles
· Apply innovative strategies to course design using Universal Design for Learning principles
· Create engaging and interactive learning experiences including scenarios, simulations, and games
· Use engaging technologies (LMS, third party or media) in appropriate and varied ways
· Ideal candidate is someone with strong background in corporate training, converting leadership training to effective e-learning modules which provide the skills needed to improve employee performance
· Create meaningful learning experience to the learners, focused on the learners’ environment and goals
· Must have strong Project Management experience with strong communication skills and a learning design background in corporate and/or higher education
· Performance management: analysis, diagnosis and change implementation
· eNPS measurement: analysis, diagnosis and change management
· Organizational structure: analysis, diagnosis and change management
· Weekly webinars/live web training session targeted to address performance issues
· All Hands meeting: consolidate, and finalize all hands decks
· Career ladder and career pathing
