Recruitment Assistance

I need someone to hire referrals based on the 32 cities we have expanded to. The goal is for these referrals is to send us real estate leads by driving around the cities, that we are currently operating in. I would like the recruitment manager to find motivated workers looking for jobs, by finding properties and getting paid after the deal is closed and would get a flat commission fee.
