Need to hire 2-3 VAs long term

Needs to hire 3 Freelancers
Looking for 2 VA's to work with an established company, should be able to do most, maybe not all of the following, but most of them, or will to learn,

1. Good use of English
2. Good Computer, Laptop, Internet Connection
3. Able to communicate in real time, Google hang outs Zoom, etc
4. Able to update wordpress websites,
5. Able to post to various Social Media platforms, through Hootsuite, or another service
6. Able to create thumbnails graphic in Canva, or another service,
7. Big plus if you know Clickfunnels, not a master, but the basic, I have all services can give you access to learn,
8. Able to send pre prepared lists of things needed from new clients,
9. Big plus if you know or have an understanding of FB and or Youtube ADS, or willing to learn,
