As our inhouse social media content creator and community manager, you will be responsible for creating original photo, graphic, text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will cohesively manage our company image to achieve our marketing goals.
As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends and news. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

***DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES***
- INSTAGRAM &
- Responsible for monitoring trending, niche Industry-specific hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into our content plan and with our brand.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily on our Instagram and
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences (Monthly Tasks)
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on our company sites, and encourages audience participation
- Responsible for tracking whether or not our social marketing efforts have been successful through goal setting through various online analytical tools. Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Encourage greater social media participation
- Influence public perception through audience engagement
- Help design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
- Monitor Instagram and
- Work closely with the CEO and team to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

***PREFERRED EXPERIENCE***

As a social media content creator and community manager on our team your key skills, roles and responsibilities in this job position will be;

- Familiarity and experience with design either with Canva, photoshop, adobe illustrator etc (when creating posts)
- Be able to write with topics and keywords provided
- Have some experience with writing sales copy (captions that convert)
- Repurpose the content for social media
- Have/adopt a writing style that easily communicates the topic (shown in the graphic designs and the captions)
- Good creative writing and storytelling skills
- Some background in
- Must be self-motivated, have great teamwork with a positive team attitude, strong communication, networking and collaboration skills
- Ables to present and propose ideas confidently, strong proofreading, excellent customer service skills, and great enthusiasm
- Has a sharp eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Great professionalism and timeliness in completing tasks
