Digital Marketer Needed - Ads Designer and Video Editor

I am looking for a good digital marketer. The first task will be to prepare videos and photos to run as ads on Facebook, Google, and YouTube to cold and warm traffic.

I have good photo and video assets for this project. You need to be able to do the following (or you need to hire one of your contacts to do it for you)

- subtitle videos (I will pay $5 per video)
- Meme videos and add letterboxes so they perform better as ads.
