VA: REAL ESTATE "OUTBOUND SCRIPT" COLD CALL

I need someone to replace my other virtual assistant to take over the leads and outbound call those leads, the goal is to build trust and get basic information about those properties. It would be a lot of leads and you would have to put time and cold call those leads, with a lot of leads going through the next process of closing the leads.
