Inbound Lead Generation and Conversions Specialist

We have a fairly amount of traffic and immediate priority will be to increase conversions of our actually running system.

We are looking for someone that:

* Understand the different aspects of a Startup's Marketing activities.
* Understand marketing automation frameworks (wordpress+plugins OR Hubspot OR JumpLead OR etc)
* Has a good grasp of SEO and Conversion Optimization.
* Can intel, build and optimize email marketing campaigns with funnel conversions on mind.
* Can manage a content production cycle (topic ideas => manage our writers and designers => post to channels => content promotion => conversion metrics)
* Can manage the spread of information to the public and specific media relationships (PR)
* Knows Pareto's rule
* Can manage social networks
* Can manage others to increase its position's efficiency
