Full Time Customer Service for our Shopify Store

The Job :
We are looking for an enthusiatic, pleasant individual, whith high English proficiency who will handle all our customer service enquiries with ease, high attention and a great helping of warmth. Our new Shopify store sells high trend consumer goods for the home and pets. Queries will largely be via email but there may be some via telephone interaction. Canned responses willbe provided. Response time and closure of 100% customer queries will be your measure of success.
May lead to a permanent ---------- hours required ( 09h00 - 13h00) Mon to Sat , including Philipines public holidays. ( may change )


Qualifications/ Skills :
Professionalism . Strong , consistent internet connection is a must. Quiet environment from which to operate from.
Excellent verbal and written ---------- sire to learn about the products and understand features.
