I am a licensed realtor in the states of WV, MD and PA in the ---------- 2020 I completed around 25 real estate sales transactions. With the correct assistant, I believe that we could complete 50+ transactions. I also own multiple other small real estate companies, so my time is extremely limited.

I am looking to hire an experienced transaction coordinator that will take over the day to day operations of my real estate business on the computer and phone. Our brokerage does have a great transaction coordinator who assists with a lot of the scheduling and communications. So your job would be to take over all the items that I am responsible for virtually and allow me to focus on in the field activities to generate more income.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Call cold, warm and hot leads in multiple systems to turn leads into sales (bonus opportunities exist)
- Add client info to multiple systems (Opcity, MLS, Showingtime, Lead Simple and more)
- Schedule showings in Showingtime and similar softwares
- Email the clients the listing info
- Email the "agent and client full info" to my printer so it will print and be ready for showings.
- Provide feedback to listings agents on Showings in Showingtime
- Move clients through my CRM based on where they are in sales process
- Writing all contracts for Buyers / Sellers to sign immediately upon receiving the needed information
- Ensure contracts are signed promptly by Buyers / Sellers
- Ensure clients send EMD check to title company right away (verify)
- Review offers from others agents sent to us on my listings
- Writing and having everyone sign Addendums as needed
- Listing properties For Sale on the MLS
- Answer my clients emails / texts / call questions accurately and in a timely manner
- You will at times have to talk to clients on the phone
- Create and Update our Real Estate Training Manual

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years Real Estate Transaction Coordination Experience
