BPO Heroes is looking an amazing virtual assistant to join our pool of heroes!

What does the role entail?
-Completing tasks provided by clients within the timeframe given
-Driving activity for the client’s social media accounts
-Editing and updating documents or spreadsheets
-Drafting proposals
-Managing the client’s
-Researching assigned topics
-Creating graphics for social tiles
-Making decisions and taking action
What are the skills needed?
-Previous VA or similar experience required
-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, confidence is a must!
-Fast learner, quick to pick up new tools
-High attention to detail-Has initiative and can follow instructions thoroughly
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) and G-Suite (Drive, Calendar,
-Canva (basic knowledge)
-LinkedIn (basic knowledge)
-Ability to work under minimum supervision
-Amenable to work in a private home-based / virtual office setup
What are the hardware requirements?
Computer or laptop with the following
:-CPU: Intel Core i3 or higher
-Memory: at least 4GB
-Operating System (OS): Windows 7 or higher
-A wired or wireless internet connection with at least 5 MBPS download speed
