Assistance with Google Scripts for Google Sheets + SP API/MWS?

As-needed gig. Not full time, but could be a great project for someone. MUST be willing to come back for minor updates every once in a while. Will pay hourly through Hubstaff.

- Must annotate their code. I gotta see the notes that help me understand the code a little better.
- Must be able to use Hubstaff.
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be familiar with Javascript or a language that can manipulate Google Scripts (Like python, but I am not sure how that integrates).

Some simple function needs to demonstrate skills needed. (Examples, not exact requirements)
Scenario 1 (Applies to all rows): Update R2 when F2 is changed. If F2 is deleted/blank, then make sure R2 is blank/deleted/cleared.
Scenario 2 (Applies to all rows): When B2 has data, add Data Validation to A2, Checkbox to Q2, and formulas to other cells.
Scenario 3 (Applies to all rows): If cell J2 is changed to "Yes", email a designated email based on the contents of K2.
Scenario 4 (Applies to all rows): If Q2's checkbox is checked, wait 2 days, then move the row to a different sheet.

Additionally, if you are able to pull Amazon MWS (Now SP API) data from Seller Central, we would like to be able to pull some data into google sheets. Like a custom formula such as =fbafee(A2). If this is something you can do, we may have more opportunities.
