VA with good copywriting skills for email marketing

Hello! I'm looking for a VA with good skills in copywriting for email marketing. I get a lot of email marketing projects and would like someone to help me write emails. I give you the subject and explain to you everything, you just have to write. The emails are between 100-200 words maximum. It would be also great if you can edit some templates on Photoshop... Nothing too complicated.
