Podcast editor, content manager, wordpress, real estate VA

I’m recruiting for a UK realestate company looking for someone organised to manage the podcast, social media and email using convert kit as well as Wordpress. Would be great if applicant knew about UK real estate but not essential.
Musts are graphic design, repurposing podcast by creating videos, audio shorts to post across all social media (Facebook, Instagram linked in) also if can improve SEO.

Also need to be responsive and help get processes in order and be able to work partially during UK hours, there is scope to grow the role to full time but for now part time to get comfortable with processes.
