Uploading and creating campaign (ROOR)
Monitoring of ROOR
Updating of correct campaign when the deal is closed

CC Campaign
Running and formatting campaigns using Macro
Removing DNC
Manual create campaign (Podio)
Upload and assign campaign to agents (XenCall)
Tending to agents when possible. (Skype, XenCall)
Check voicemails for forwarding to the appropriate party, ACQ, CC etc.
Renew numbers on a weekly basis.
Technical support as needed.
Weekly Cold Caller Reports.
Random monitoring of cold callers’ daily calls to be sent to the manager.
Monitor cold callers leads sheet in GDrive for hot leads.
Enter leads into Podio daily.

Including ARV, Sales and Rental Comps, Watermarking Pictures, ---------- nding and Monitoring Text Blast (Textedly)
Monitoring email once deals have been sent and compiling offers for review by the owner/manager.

Obtain and forward documents as necessary to buyers, sellers, title companies, closing attorneys etc.
Follow-up on emails sent from buyers, title companies and closing attorneys to facilitate transaction completion.
Keep detailed records on internal deals completed.

Correctly label documents in proper folders.
Duplicate removal.
Maintain an efficient filing system.

LeadGeeks Management
Calendar Leads for return deadlines.
Enter Lead into Podio.
Return leads as needed.
