JOB OVERVIEW

This position pays competitively commensurate with experience.

This position is primarily synced to US hours and does require some weekend hours, checking-in talent for their engagements. This is a home-based position.

As a Recruiting Program Manager, you will be focused on booking staff and talent for nationwide marketing campaigns/events. Examples of events we staff range everywhere from merchandising, manual labor, trade shows to in-store samplings, and more. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about the event & staffing industry!

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for selecting the very best staff for each assignment.
The recruiting, enrolling, and training of the staff over the phone, over email, and text.
The booking and management of the chosen promotional staff for assignments nationwide(all throughout the USA).
The evaluation/recording/processing of all promotional staff after completion of each assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
2-5 Years Customer Service/Sales Experience preferred
Effective communication with colleagues in a diverse, positive, culture-centered work ---------- pacity to handle multiple projects, deadlines and complex tasks in a fast paced setting along with attention to detail, persistence and follow through.
Strong functional knowledge of social media principles, practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent computer skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication
Preferred skills-Prior event experience and/or recruitment experience
