WordPress and Graphic Designer

We are looking for someone who can be available during USA EST business time to provide website updates, new website builds, and ideally, graphic design services as well. We currently have a developer working from 9AM-1PM EST for support. We would like more time, but this is the minimum needed.

We also use a third-party service for graphic design right now and would like to move that in house and with the same virtual assistant if possible.
