We have an online business, and are looking for someone who can manage & drive forward all of our online marketing, with key tasks as follows:
>Monitoring our online sales process: monitoring optin rates.
>Split testing landing pages and sales pages & making improvements with the goal to increase optins & sales
>Drive our Facebook presence up (increase Facebook Likes / Increase Organic Reach etc.)
>Manage Facebook ads - improving click through rates & decreasing CPC
Core Skills:
>SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING - Clear understanding of Social media marketing (with a focus on facebook)
>FACEBOOK ADVERTS - Creating Facebook Adverts & monitoring CPC & click through rates etc
>ONLINE MARKETING - Clear understanding of online marketing: Optin Pages / Sales Pages etc
>SPLIT TESTING - Understanding about Split Testing & how to do this
>DRIVEN BY METRICS - You'll be a person who is really good with numbers (as a big part of this role is measuring the numbers at each point: opt in rates / conversion rates etc) and able to see patterns & respond accordingly to INCREASE OPT IN RATES, INCREASE SALES

For the right person, we are prepared to provided amazing training - example: advanced facebook marketing training etc.
Long term, permanent position with our company for the right person 20 hours per week to begin, building up to 40 hours per week (for the right person, could start with full-time).
Salary depending on experience.
