THE VA WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who has three years of experience being a virtual assistant, with technical experience with Mailchimp, as well as experience with marketing and email design.

You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Excellent understanding of spoken English is a must, and you need to be accomplished at writing in the English language.

We are looking for a VA who is self-motivated and an accurate but fast worker. The individual needs to be professional and reliable and have a ‘Can Do’ attitude!


THE VACANCY SPECIFICATIONS

You will be involved in using MailChimp, integration with PipeDrive, Email Automation, Email designs, Segmentation of client base, and split testing. Must have excellent written English skills.

There will be instructional videos to watch to show you how we work.

You do need to work UK office hours.


THE ROLE’S CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS OUR COMPANY’S OBJECTIVES

Your role will help our team to have regular contact with existing and potential ---------- will also help us to keep clients up to date with new listings, market conditions, and investment opportunities.


ABOUT THE COMPANY

We help people to buy holiday homes and investment properties in France, Spain, Portugal, and Mauritius.



OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS

Pay rate: 255 PHP per hour
You will get paid every other week via Transferwise/PayPal
Bonuses will be paid for exception work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff member
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata)
