URGENT : Video Content Creator/Editor

We are a Singaporean company running a big Facebook marketing operation with more than 1000 accounts and campaigns. We are looking for a kickass, hands-on video creator / video editor to help create videos for our supplement advertisements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
---------------------------------------

- Researching and downloading video material to use (youtube, vimeo, etc.) based on keywords / small brief from our creative team
- Editing the videos to short ads (15-30 seconds) or longer ads that tell a whole story (3 to 5 minutes)
- Creating subtitles and texts to display in the video (content will be provided).
- Work with different products and different languages.

REQUIREMENTS
--------------------------------------

- No special degree or studies needed, we are looking for naturally gifted and motivated individuals.
- You have to be creative. Our videos tell a story to sell our products.
- Prior experience in video editing needed.
- Good English communication skills.
- Self-reliance and a desire to work in a high energy, fast growing organization.
- You should be able to work with minimum supervision after the training phase.
- Time tracking with Hubstaff is mandatory.
- Communication over Skype/Rocket Chat (text, calls).

SALARY AND BENEFITS

- this is a full time, LONG TERM position. Please do not apply if you do not intend to stay at least 6 months. Most of our team of 34 people has been with us for over two years.
- 500 USD /mo start with increase as the team and responsibilities grow, paid weekly every Monday preferably via Transferwise.
- National holidays are paid off days.
- After 3 months, you are entitled for paid leaves.
- Flexible working schedule - you can set your own hours, just make sure to log 40hrs/week.
