Responsibilities:
• Sending out sales
• Following up with those who respond to those
• Making phone calls and setting appointments
• Scheduling appointments through our CRM and staying organized
Requirements:
• Must be very good in English (reading and writing is a must)
• Good speaking skills are required (previous call center experience preferred)
• Previous computer experience and working in a remote environment is preferred
• Proficient computer skills- Excel,
• Ability to work in US Time zones 5 days a week
• High Speed Internet (preferably 20 mbs or higher)
• High quality headset with mic for calls.
About Us:
We are a US digital marketing company that focuses on lead generation for small businesses. This would be a support role where you get to assist the sales team by scheduling appointments. All procedures are in place, there is a complete training including weekly meetings and weekly one-on-one support calls.
Position is full-time to start, with a base salary. If after a few months, you want to work less and earn more you can do that
