JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

At AchieveCE, we are looking for 2 highly motivated individuals with excellent skills in customer service and general administration. These offer great opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

Each of these positions will cover a different shift, those being:

1) 8:30AM - 5:30PM Monday through Friday, Eastern Time
2) 4PM - 12AM Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, then 12PM Noon - 8PM Saturday and Sunday Eastern Time

The second shift above can be adjusted somewhat as long as it provides support during periods opposite to the first shift.

The primary skills and traits we are looking for in hiring for these positions include:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills, including written and verbal
- Ability to communicate via email, chat and phone with American audience in a natural way
- Well-developed English writing skills
- Grammatical proofreading and editing
- Project management
- Data entry
- Ongoing site auditing and quality assurance

The work will be remote, but you will be encouraged to work with our small U.S. and Philippines-based team closely. Hard work and innovation will be rewarded with substantial growth and income opportunities. Our company's culture is based on excellence, openness, growth and results.
