We are a Digital Design and Development Studio based in Germany. We create Digital
Experiences for forward-thinking companies.

What you will be doing:
? Working closely with product managers and other designers and own the
User/Customer Experience for certain Design Parts of the Customers Websites
? Driving your ideas to execution from concept, research, prototyping, detailed design,
usability testing.
? Monitoring trends/ best practices and derive measures to enhance our design
language.
? You will have a high degree of personal responsibility and the possibility to apply
your own ideas to realize the wishes of our customers.
? Learining to work with new design tools.

Your Background:

? Excellent written and spoken English skills
? Very good knowledge of commonly used tools (Figma/ Sketch/ Lunacy/Adobe)
? You are well-structured in your workflow and ability to quickly grasp complex
requirements
? Hands-on mentality: you question the status quo and are only satisfied once you
have found a better solution
? You are passionate about digital creation and have an almost endless pool of
creative ideas, as well as the ability to turn these into strong visual concepts and
designs
? Absolute loyalty and exclusivity to us as employer
? Bonus if you know experience with Wordpress.
? Superbonus if you are able to read or even speak german.
