Freelance Programmer - automate web tasks

Freelance programmer needed to create scripts to run in web browsers to to automate repetitive web tasks for e-commerce store such as

-log into e-commerce account, check order status, paste status or tracking number into CSV file

-creating new customer accounts on eCommerce sites using name, address, email etc from CSV file

-fill in order information (item, address) to e-commerce website from CSV file

-log into customer account, download PDF invoice to CSV file

-fill simple webforms from CSV data

-autofill very simple chat interactions on e-commerce sites

Script must be able to copy and paste data to a CSV file.
Must be able to run script from a MAC
Must be able to bypass captchas, or be run by someone without programmer skills who can monitor it.
Monthly cost for any licenses or subscriptions needed must be under $200/month
