Content Writer for Specialized Niche

Hello. I am looking for someone who can write a series of blog articles addressing a certain type of financial strategy available to United States Citizens. You do not need to know anything about the specific topic but you should be willing to learn all that you can in the pursuit of writing content. I have a list of article headers that I would like to have used as a roadmap of content and would expect this to be a full-time job for the writer. You should have some familiarity with personal finance and know algebra as well as be fluent in English.

I will provide some structure and direction but need to find someone who can take a list of topics and create medium length blog articles (500-1,000) words at least three times a week. Past experience writing for a web blog is very desirable. The successful applicant will start out with hourly compensation but if doing well, can also shift to a volume-based compensation schedule over time. I will also reward strong performers and those who want to expend responsibilities over time.
