I am looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help make my life less cluttered and stay on top of an ever-changing schedule. Our primary business is DC Dog Sitter, so it will be helpful if you love pets and have an appreciation for our furry companions!

The person I am looking for would be a master of juggling several tasks at one time.
- Problem-solving is a large part of my day. There are hurdles that happen and require us to determine which is of the highest priority as well as how we respond to all clients, vendors, etc. Think in terms of the ability to time block and set appropriate expectations as well as ensure that all items are addressed in a timely manner.
- Answering phones (Google Voice) with a very polished and upbeat professional tone. We expect the phone to be answered within two
- Navigating an overwhelming inbox (via Google Business Services - gmail) and prioritizing what I really need to see as well as drafting responses for me to send
- Ensuring my schedule for the day and week is appropriately set and helping to coordinate any appointments that need to be set up. Provide a weekly briefing outlining the upcoming week as well as any items waiting for my review or needing my attention.
- Calling me directly if I don't see a message right away or that we can easily chat when I am out or driving and need to download multiple items that need to be handled. This also means being able to prioritize which items are most critical and yet still ensure all items are accomplished on a timely basis. Follow up and follow through are critical.
- Responding to clients that can be scheduled in a manner that the person feels as though they are extremely valued and appreciated - even if we need to bump their time to chat with me down in the schedule. We desire that all clients and vendors feel extremely valued and how we respond and address them is of the utmost importance.
- Navigating any expenses and ensuring they are allocated correctly in our Quickbooks financial system.
- Helping to provide reports on our team's hours, work, overall revenue, where we stand on all financial items.
- Figuring out how to make my life easier and less chaotic. I appreciate being able to plan and block ahead so that we have the end goal in mind and then work back with all of the steps that need to happen to make these goals come to fruition.
Our work hours are generally from 9 am to 5 or 6 pm - Washington, DC - USA time. This is East Coast Time in the USA.
This position has the ability to be part-time to full
The pay is firm at $500 US Dollars full time and is paid on the 1st and 15th of each month via preferred methods such as Transferwise.
