Job Purpose:
This position is for a part-time Bookkeeper with 2X. This is a virtual position that can be filled from anywhere in the work and doesn’t have time restrictions.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Bookkeeper with at least 1 year of experience (if you have less, please don’t apply) who is confident in reconciliation, receipt tracking, organization and has a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
The role would require you to answer questions from time-to-time but mainly we are looking for weekly reconciliation of our accounts. We will also have set reports that we would like you to pull on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as fling out some information in excel sheets as needed.
Lastly, there may be extra items as they relate to year-end taxes, employee payments, and customer invoicing.
Job Qualifications:
You have at least 1 year of experience of successfully being a Bookkeeper (the more experience, the better chance you’ll have).
You have a strong understanding of Quickbooks platform.
You have a strong understanding of basic accounting systems, receipt tracking and reconciliation.
Last but certainly not least, you have a proven track record of driving success and results in your career.
