Can You Build A Wordpress Membership Site and Install Themes and Plug-ins?

Build four level membership site. Install themes. Modify and Customize layouts and graphics. Organize content.

Site will include video content, PDF's, etc.

Project must be completed in 5 days or less.
Payment shall be upon completion.
Contracted Project amount $100 USD paid via paypal.

I have several more site to be built, complete this job on time and you may be offered fulltime/parttime position.
