eBay Dropshipping Store Manager

Hello! I am looking for someone to manage my eBay dropshipping store.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have experience with eBay dropshipping.
• Must be able to manage the entire eBay store. Tasks include but not limited to customer service, product research, product listing, order fulfillment, etc.
• Must be able to follow through with customer service and keeping customers happy.
• Must keep spreadsheets of product research, orders, fees, and profits.
• Must complete 40 hours each week using a time-tracking app
• Must have experience with the AutoDS tool.

WHAT I PROVIDE:
• Starting pay 12000/month ($250) salary + 10% net profit. The better you work, the more you get paid! :)
• Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
• 1-week bonus pay upon hiring
• Two weeks of paid vacation each year
• National holidays off, paid
• 13th-month bonus
• 10?se pay raise each year (On anniversary date)
• Flexible hours - choose your hours
• Work from home

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
• Must have your own working computer
• Must have high-speed internet
• 40 hours of work each week
• Must be willing to learn and take assignments
• Must be willing to use time-tracking software
• Must perform some virtual assistant duties
• Must communicate through Slack/WhatsApp and Asana apps
• Must be able to use different software and tools like Google Sheets, Email, Skype, Zik Analytics, AutoDS.
• Must perform well as a team
• Must meet deadlines 100% of the time
