Ebay shop manager

I need a VA that knows to manage messages and work with ---------- monitor, the key work will be calling eBay and solve issues on phone calls as feedback removal or limit raises and etc. experience with calling eBay to solve issues is a must and the same for messages and monitor knowledge.
