Need Call and Live chat support for 9 hours as per the US timing (10 Am PST to 6 PM PST)
Admin and Phone Support for an Online Store (E-Commerce). The agent has to do outbound calls and also receive inbound calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with customers through phone and chats.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist Customers regarding a return, exchanges, complaints, etc.
Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
· At least 1 year of experience in handling Customers Queries over call
. Sales Experience will be preferred.
· Tech Savvy, Shopify Experience is a plus
· With the fast, stable internet connection
. Must have a laptop or PC
· Must be very organized and detailed oriented.
· Can Start ASAP
. Fluent English - American Accent or Neutral Accent
You will be trained about all the FAQs and all the probable answers.
Expected to attend and make 80-100 calls per Day as per this job profile.
Working days - Monday to Saturday
