JOB OVERVIEW

I am a private businessman working in the business investment space and I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to work together on my team on a long-term basis. I am hiring based firstly on attitude and secondly on skills. (with the exception of English). All of the tasks are tasks that I am currently performing so I am always open to help.

I am looking for the following in an employee:

1) Who has an attention to detail and is teachable.
2) Has a great command of written and spoken English.
3) Is committed and loyal and is always looking to upgrade their skills.
4) Has tele-sales experience.
5) Ideally has some accounting background.
6) Has good basic knowledge of google word/sheets etc.
7) Is able to self-manage their time and complete tasks within a deadline.

These are the duties tat we are looking to hire for:

a) Replying to emails and setting up campaigns on mailshake (full training will be provided).
b) LinkedIn Prospecting (full training will be provided).
c) Appointment setting. Some initial calls to people who have scheduled to discuss business. (Full training and script provided) No cold calls are required!
d) Some basic office related tasks or simple research.

The role will be 40 hours a week with reasonable flexibility with working times and holidays. A yearly bonus of one month’s salary and some performance related bonuses throughout.
