Product Development Virtual Role for Amazon E-Commerce Brand

Hello! We are a US based company selling physical products on Amazon USA. We work directly with Chinese manufacturers to create products for our own brands, also known as private label. We are looking for a creative and passionate individual to lead our product development efforts. Your main goal will be to help us launch more products on Amazon.

We are a 4 person 7 figure company so your work will have a huge contribution on the company's success. You will be developing and sourcing products - our style is to source products that already exist, but add or do something unique and beneficial for the customer to differentiate from the ---------- ne of our products really require a new mold or specialized knowledge in any 1 field. We sell office products, kids toys, kitchen stuff, etc. You will always have something different to work on, and the most important thing is that you are able to figure out what requirements are needed for a given product and can offer a better product than the competition.

Here's some details of what you'll do and who we need:

Responsibilities:
- Product Research and Analysis on ----------
- Product sourcing through Alibaba and communicating requirements with factories
- Product improvement brainstorming
- Ordering samples from China, testing them, and creating final production requirements
- Assist with product documentation and other product related tasks

About you:
- You have previous experience with product design, development, or creation
- You are creative and can come up with new ideas for product features
- You are independent and able to work with minimal supervision

If this sounds like you, we would love to talk to you! We can accept both part time and full time, but do want a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. Heres how it will work practically: you will work with the CEO to brainstorm product ideas and od research, contact suppliers through Alibaba, order samples to your house, get them ready for production and confirm specifications, get CEO approval, then start the production.
