MARKETING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

This position is for immediate hire!
The purpose of this job is to call and transfer QUALIFIED individuals or families in the market for Healthcare insurance to our licensed agents.

- Must be ambitious and hungry to make sales, hit bonuses, and create quality leads!
- Must be a team player, coachable, and willing to learn everyday!
- You must be organized, responsible, and have quick responses of communication!
- Looking for individuals who take initiative and always give productive feedback on current processes for enhancement in company growth and success.

Requirements:
- Able to follow a call script process and speak and communicate with the American consumer
- Strong verbal American English is required.
- You must be detail oriented and self motivated.
- Experience is a plus but being a hardworking and RELIABLE/TRUSTWORTHY employee is preferred.

Job Duties/Qualifications (Include but not limited to):

MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH
Home computer with noise cancelling headset
Must work from home with minimal supervision
Must be dedicated and punctual
Must work in a quiet Area
Minimum of 3 months Call Center Experience
Use different types of CRM

Probationary Pay
- $320 per month (8 hours per Day)
- $3 per transferred closed lead (a lead that you transferred to an agent that closes the deal)
- Cash incentives for weekly milestones
- Probationary period last 30 days

Full Time Pay
- $550 per month (8 hours per Day)
- $5 per transferred closed lead (a lead that you transferred to an agent that closes the deal)

We want to promote the person in this position in 3 months to Sr. Marketing Associate (includes a raise in salary).
