• Respond to customer queries
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers regarding returns, exchanges, complaints etc.
• Maintain relationships with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years experience in Admin and Phone Support
