Admin and Phone Support for an Online Store (E-Commerce)RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer queries
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
•  Assist customers regarding returns, exchanges, complaints etc.
• Maintain relationships with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years experience in Admin and Phone Support
• With fast, stable internet connection
• Can Start ASAP
