Sales: Deepen the relationship with our customers to drive lifetime loyalty and spend. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan. Cultivate new and existing customer relationships. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client
Key tasks:
Assisting the manager with the day to day store operations and ensuring appropriate delegation of responsibility when absent
Set goals that align with our luxury brand and meet our customer’s expectations
Identify obstacles/opportunities that hinder the daily success of the team
Promoting a good work environment to maintain employee morale and motivation
To achieve your sales goals and target
To support the manager in the effective communication of details for all new product ranges ensuring the correct sales information and demonstration technique is used and ongoing
All customer complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively or escalated the store manager for resolution where necessary, promoting best practice in service excellence
Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the store.
Preferred Qualifications:
A plus if can speak Tagalog or Vietnamese
Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
Proven track record in achieving sales results.
Flexibility to work 40 hours/week.
Ability to work with a diverse client base.
Proficiency with CRM systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
