Virtual Assistant | Graphic Designer | Kajabi Professional

Our international health and wellness company is seeking a Virtual Assistant | Graphic Designer | Kajabi Professional to join our growing team.


Main duties of this position include:

1. Creating an overall branding that is creative, professional and beautiful
2. Creating Kajabi websites, landing pages, opt in forms, etc
3. Converting our copy and content into clearly laid out and beautiful pages/designs
4. Excellent communication through email, slack and video chat
5. Able to take on new projects and complete them on time
6. Creating clean and fun PDFs



Successful candidates will have:

A fast and reliable high speed internet connection

Experience using Kajabi to create highly professional and visually pleasing graphics, layouts, pipelines, funnels, products, etc

An understanding of the customer process through funnel sales

Knowledge of creating graphics for a variety of social media platforms and a willingness to get to know our audience and what they respond to

Experience working with Google Docs, Sheets, Google Calendar & Google Drive

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

Previous experience as a VA/ Graphics/ Kajabi Professional

Experience with slack and ability to clearly communicate through this platform



Bonus if you have experience in video editing both for Kajabi and YouTube
