The job would include:
- Answering
- Answering the phone when customers call on weekdays between 10am-5pm AEST timezone.
You MUST have:
-GREAT people skills. We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible customer service, so you need to be good with people, even when they are being difficult.
-Be a PROBLEM SOLVER. We will train you and be available for you as much as possible when you have questions, but eventually, we need you to be able to deal with small customer issues on your own most of the time.
This position will start as parttime but will likely grow into more of a full-time position.
