We are looking to establish a team of long-term employees that grow with the company. YOUR ROLE
- Working daily on tasks, support cases, and optimization projects
- Facilitate communications with developers, content editors & social media professionals
- Test new software features before going to production
- Jump in and save the day if / when needed
- Sharp enough to identify missing information and savvy enough to figure out creative ways to fill it.
- Research, collect, and organize information from the internet for various topics.
- Assist with various random ad-hoc tasks that the management team assigns / review on a weekly basis.
- Fluent written and spoken English for skype/phone meetings and conversations with clients.
SKILLS
- Know and understand WordPress well
- Support helpdesk experience
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3
- Knowledge of JavaScript & PHP (preferred but optional)
- Have excellent communication skills
- A reliable workstation with a fast computer and mic and - speakers for calls. Must have reliable internet and power supply

- Strong interpersonal, influencing, analytical, problem solving, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points, and work ahead to time to resolve potential issues
- Proven ability to mentor others and team building skills
- Multi-tasking and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Great attention to detail and be highly organized
50% Flexible hours but must be willing to have a minimum of 4 hours work from 10am to 2pm, Central Time, Monday through Friday.
