Responsibilities
Support co-founders and leadership team on organizational processes
Support internal operations by implementing and maintaining company protocols
Facilitate hiring process by supporting the management team on job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, etc.
Provide company wide support
Assist with internal project management
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes; implementing changes
Communicate with team members
Manage other freelancers that are not permanent team members
Conducting research on various topics
Other executive admin responsibilities as needed

Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Highly motivated self starter able to balance multiple cross-functional projects
