Data Entry for Real Estate Investor

Hello,

My name is Matt and I am Real Estate Professional looking for someone with Data Entry experience. My company is ---------- . We are a company that is doing very well and growing very fast.


I am open to hiring someone either part-time or full-time. The job will be performed during the hours of EST. You will be working mostly Night-Shift because there is a 12 hour time difference between Philippines Time and Eastern Standard Time.

I need someone who has Data Entry Experience and prefer someone who has worked with with a Real Estate Investor before. Your job will be took look up data for homeowners using county records and public records. Sometimes you will find the home is actually owned by a LLC and you will need to the find the LLC owner. same if the property is held in a Trust. you will need to use tools and online research to figure out who the Trust Owner Is.

Requirements
*Experience with Excel Mandatory
*Fast typing speed "WPM" a plus
*Experience researching homeowners a PLUS
*Prior experience working with a Real Estate Investor a PLUS
