Real Estate cold caller

I am looking for a trusted cold caller who has experience in real estate cold calling. The job will start out very easy. You will be on xencall (a dialer system) to cold call real estate sellers. Starting off you will only have to gather motivation and gather basic information about the property. The pay rate is $3 USD starting off with 5% commission on any lead you get and we close on. On average you will get around $250 per closed deal. Must be able to work from 5pm-9pm CST
