Shopify VA for Growing Ecommerce Store!

We are a start-up Drop Shipping store with expertise across other e-commerce outlets. We require someone with great customer service experience to help respond to customer inquiries through ticket software’s and social media. This job is part time for now until we get busy, the starting rate is 3$ per hour with a workload of 25 hours per week, which must be worked on Night Shift.

Job Duties:
-Customer Service: Answering emails and responding to tickets for customers.
-Social Media Management: Curating content, replying to comments, and other community management tasks.
-Research: Looking for a list of bloggers/social influencers to reach out to or curating stats or examples you can use in a piece of content.
-Store Management: Order fulfillment, inventory management, managing returns, running and managing sales/promotions
-Data-entry: Inputting data from different sources into a spreadsheet.
-Website Optimization: Creating SEO strategies to rank our site organically, optimizing copyrighting on site with effective keywords, add/delete sections on the website, track website traffic flow
-Digital Marketing: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns on all social platforms and google, re-optimization of campaigns, retargeting of customers, track performance and KPI’s of ad’s, boost lead generation
-Email Marketing: building automated campaigns for newsletters and retargeting customers through emails
-Product Research and Testing: Finding additional products to sell, and then testing them through social media campaigns
-Software’s: Zendrop, Zendesk (or something similar), DSer’s, Email marketing software (any), Shopify / store building platforms, Code Editing (asset), Canva (Basic)

-Search Engine optimization experience
-Digital Marketing and ad curation experience + ability to manage performance
