Full Time Web Developer Team Lead / Project Manager

Drop Ship Lifestyle is looking to hire a full time Web developer team lead / project manager to help grow our eCommerce platforms.

As a team lead, you will be working on a wide range of projects that are constantly changing & updating. One month you may lead a team developing a brand new Shopify Theme, the next month you may be working on Wordpress plugins.

As the team lead, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, here are a few;

Work with team to identify projects that should be worked on.
Assign tasks to team of developers & designers with the goal of efficiency & quality.
Create pre-work outlines of how systems & tools will work. (features before development starts).
Creating detail and up to date documentation of how tools, themes, and apps work from a technical stand point.
Assist in the development process. You will be writing code. (Must know PHP, CSS, Javascript, HTML).
Lead a team of developers & designers to get the best quality work.
Manage backend dev team member support. (Vacation times, time off requests, hiring)
Work with customer support team to handle tier 2 escalated tickets. (bugs & errors)

Your time will be spent about 60?tually writing code and developing software, and 40% managing the team and doing administrative support.

This is a full time position (40 - 50 hours a week) that starts at $10usd/hr + large performance based bonuses.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm EST (This is not a negotiable schedule).
