Reliable game designer needed for our Florida-based Health Startup

We are looking for a passionate game designer to join our health startup based in Florida. The person we're looking for enjoys creating (life-changing) games from ideation to live. The role is to design and develop real-time functional game scenarios where users can effectively do therapy at home using a device that only has one motion. Our product "Squegg" ( ---------- ) has only one motion (i.e. Squeeze).

Requirements:
- Create elegant and intuitive user experiences by incorporating user insights, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups with detailed visual design specifications for mobile, and web interfaces throughout the design process.
- Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Experience in conceptualizing and designing games for the elderly, kids, and therapy individuals is a plus
- Minimalist approach towards games and exercises

Additional information:
Very well-compensated - Salary / Pay is negotiable & generous, we currently have a team in the Philippines and looking to add. Opportunity to earn a bonus based on performance. Pay is bi-weekly.
